HY Flow - This all-levels practice is suitable for participants at any level of yoga practice. It is accessible for beginners, and will provide challenge and growth opportunities for advanced practitioners. The flow vinyasa class is much like the slow flow class in that our practice will focus on body awareness and alignment through breath and meditation on Scripture. The difference is that we will be moving through the pose sequences with more fluidity and at a slightly faster pace.
