We are in an important period of development and change for Webster Hills. Understanding what you need from our church and how we can help you on your spiritual journey is key to shaping our future together. To learn more about ourselves, our spiritual growth, and practices and ministries in the church, Webster Hills is going to participate in the Reveal Spiritual Life Survey. This survey, which was initiated and is administered through Willow Creek Church, will tell us not only who attends Webster Hills and why, but will also tell us what people are doing to grow spiritually and how our church fits into those needs. It will also gauge participation and satisfaction with our current activities and programs. We want to know what’s helping you, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll use all this information, in conjunction with our new Mission and Vision, to develop a coordinated future plan that is specific to our congregations’ needs and situation. We are now planning to conduct the Reveal survey in late August. We moved our date based on feedback from people regarding their summer plans. The survey is administered on-line so that you can do it wherever you have a computer available. For two Sundays in late August, that will also include the Webster Hills CLC Great Hall, where we’ll be making computers and helpers available to those who prefer some assistance. The specific schedule will be available mid-July.

Willow Creek has already learned much from congregations that have taken the Reveal survey. They have published two books that share that learning: Reveal, and Follow Me.
