Our Leadership Board

The Leadership Board is Webster Hills governing body. As a whole, it fulfills the functions of Church Council, Trustees, Finance, and Pastor-Parish Relations Committee (PPRC) as defined in the United Methodist Book of Discipline. The board consists of nine voting lay members and a youth liaison, nominated by the nominations committee. Members typically serve rotating 3-year terms. The Pastor serves on the Leadership Board as an ex-officio member with voice but no vote.

The board meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Tuesday of each month in the McKelvey Room (E-204) in the Education Building. Board meetings are open to all with the exception of closed sessions to discuss personnel matters.

 

The WHUMC Leadership Board is a Reconciling Ministry of the UM’s Reconciling Ministries Network.
