Keshira Watson became Webster Hills’ Student Ministry Coordinator in August 2025 after interning at the church through the Missouri Annual Conference’s Crossroads program.

She first felt called to ministry at age 7, growing up in Warren, Ark. That’s probably why she says the favorite thing about her current position is “seeing the excitement in little ones’ eyes as they learn about God.” Here, she coordinates Webster Hills’ children’s and youth ministries and is spearheading a new youth adult ministry.  

 Keshira graduated from Philander Smith University in 2025 with a degree in liberal studies. Philander Smith is a United Methodist HBCU in Little Rock, AR.  After graduation, she joined fellow Crossroads interns in a 65-mile, six-day pilgrimage along the El Camino Trail in Spain.

She collects pins and loves flowers and bright colors. Her secret sauce? “Creativity is how I recharge!”
