Meet Pastor Ali Fields

Associate Pastor

Associate Pastor Ali Fields joined Webster Hills in 2024. Her passion in ministry is discipleship. “I love helping create spaces of authentic belonging,” she shares.

A Milwaukee, Wis. native, Ali has called Ballwin home for almost 20 years. She and her partner Steve have two sons, Wyatt and Harrison. The boys, she says, "teach me daily that wonder, imagination, and tenderness are not weaknesses but sacred gifts.” Their dog Lavy, she says, reminds them daily to “play, rest and delight in the small stuff.”

The Fields family has visited 15 of the country’s 63 National Parks. Their most recent adventure took them to Kings Canyon, Sequioa and Yosemite in California.

Ali loves love stories -- reading them, writing them, listening to them, and watching them unfold. “Stories help me make sense of the world and remind me that grace is everywhere.”

Ali will be commissioned as a UMC Deacon in June and is close to completing her Master of Divinity studies at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
