Upcoming Events

So much is happening on our Webster Hills campus or sponsored by our church in the community. Click on individual events for details and registration links, if applicable. But never let not having a chance to register keep you from attending or taking part in something.

Lectio Divina

Tuesdays in Lent, 11:00am in the Chapel

On Tuesdays during Lent at 11:00 am in the Chapel, Pastor Ali Fields and Michelle Jacobcik will co-lead this meaningful time of reflection and prayer. During this holy season of honesty and return, you are invited to slow down and listen deeply for God's voice through the ancient spiritual practice of Lectio Divina, which means "divine reading." We'll gather for a short time of prayerful scripture reading, reflection, and silence.

Common Ground Launch

March 24, 6pm, Starbucks, 7901 Watson Rd

Join us for the soft launch of Common Ground, a welcoming space for young adults, ages 18 to 30, to gather, build meaningful community, and explore faith in an honest and relaxed way. Come grow with us as we share conversation and create a community grounded in love, respect, and real life. We may not always agree, but we are United to Find Common Ground. We’ll meet at Starbucks, 7901 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63119. RSVP is required.

Going Further

Sundays in Lent 11:30am in the Chapel

You're invited to join Pastor Jason and Pastor Ali after worship in the Chapel to 'go further' by discussing the sermon and stretching your faith a little further. Beginning on Sunday, March 1, and continuing on March 8, 22 and 29, we'll gather in the chapel for 15-30 minutes of reflection, questions, and honest exploration. Come as you are, no prep, just curiosity.

King-Sized Sheet Ministry This Month

Monday, March 30, 9-11:30am in the CLC Gym

The WH Sheet Ministry needs lots of volunteers this month. After January’s snow and February’s delayed sheet delivery, there will be a lot of discarded hotel linens to examine, sort, fold and organize for use by local, national and international non-profits. Just show up in the Christian Life Center multi-use room (gym) at 9am to help; no experience required. Contact Robin Tellor, rwtellor@yahoo.com, for more information.
